Arovia London Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (reduced from the standard 30 days).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will assess the issue and ensure it is resolved appropriately.
Customers are eligible for a free replacement in case of damaged goods, but photo evidence must be provided for verification.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Beauty or personal care items (if opened or used)

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As noted, returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
